Know about the ways you can attend and participate in the 10th ICOM 2021 Conference.

Modalities for participation

As attendant: join us in sessions live & on-demand: plenary speakers conferences and Q&A interactions, panels, multimodal projects launch sessions, interactive meetings with speakers and access to the material they will share with us.

As speaker: submit proposals for panels and/or multimodal projects launch sessions. We will ask you to video record your presentation in advance and also to share any other material. The interactive Q&A sessions will be live with the rest of the panelists and attendants.

Sessions will be recorded and available post-Conference if you are not able to watch live.

PASO 1 | Para comenzar, regístrese en la plataforma de postulación. Recibirá un correo para configurar su contraseña.

PASO 2 | Una vez registrado, vuelva a la plataforma de postulación. Agregue su resumen, completando las casillas solicitadas:

PASO 3 | Dispone dos formas de postulación:

Mesas coordinadas: 3 a 4 ponencias, cada una con un resumen y autores, más una persona de coordinadora. Este coordinador puede ser uno de los ponentes. Se debe enviar nombre de la mesa y resumen general de la mesa, a través del formulario descargable, presente en la plataforma de postulación. 

Presentación de proyectos multimodales: de Libros, revistas, proyectos, asociaciones o centros multimodales. El autor, coordinador o representante del proyecto enviará un resumen sobre su presentación. De acuerdo a las propuestas que se reciban, se hará una organización diaria. 

PASO 4 | Habiendo seleccionado su modalidad de participación y eje multimodal, realice clic en enviar resumen. Recibirá un correo confirmando la recepción de su postulación.

STEP 2 | Once registered, go back to the application platform. Add your abstract, filling in the requested fields:

 

STEP 3 | There are two ways to participate:

Panel: 3 to 4 lectures, each one with its abstract and authors, plus one coordinator. This person can be one of the speakers. Using the downloadable form on the application platform, a name for the panel and a general overview must be sent.

Multimodal projects launching: Books, magazines, projects, multimodal organizations or research centers launching.The project author, coordinator or representative must send a 300 hundred word abstract.Those projects selected must also record a 5 to 10 minutes video presenting the book, project, multimodal organization or research center. On the day of the presentation, in addition to showing the videos, there will be interaction for questions from the attendees.

STEP 4 | Having selected the participation modality and multimodal theme, click on send abstract. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
